WHAT IS DOLL FITNESS?

Thank you so much for considering training with me! I’m Kendall and I am excited to teach you all I know, and I hope it will not only bring you the change and confidence you need, but also open up new doors in your health and fitness journey. Here is a little glimpse of why I decided to create Doll Fitness:

WHY DOLL FITNESS?

Doll Fitness is a women’s only elite private training service, located on a beautiful country property in Stouffville, Ontario. You will be training in a fully equipped private studio, designed to bring multi-faceted training, for women of all ages, at any skill level, at any speed.

You will find a strong emphasis on education in your program, as there is a moral obligation to give women more knowledge in their strength, fitness, and diet. The more educated you feel in your overall health, you ultimately gain more control and power in everyday facets of life.I want more women to be comfortable with their abilities in the gym, gain knowledge in proper exercise techniques and workout programs, and bring more confidence in their everyday life, as well as in the gym.

ABOUT ME

I attended Wilfrid Laurier University for Kinesiology and Physical Education under the Faculty of Science. I graduated with Honours, and this degree has given me the ability to look at health and fitness with a more critical eye, and be able to apply different theories and systems I have learned.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

After more years of following my passion, and learning more about diet and fitness, I decided to create my own personal training and wellness company, Doll Fitness. In my years of experience and study, I noticed there was a lack of knowledge among women in terms of their health, exercise, and diet. There is a curiosity and a want to know, but a lot of the advice and pictures on the internet, blogs, instagram, our own grocery stores, leads women in the direction to practice strategies that are more detrimental to their health than positive. I established Doll Fitness in order to teach women lifting weights, does not equal bulk. Removing food groups from your diet, does not equate to leaning out, and working out has more positive benefits for your health than your appearance.
